Medihoney has a low pH and high osmolarity that assists in maintaining a moist environment for optimal wound healing, aids in autolytic debridement, and can be removed without causing trauma to the wound. Because of the very high percentage of Leptospermum Honey, Medihoney dressings are able to work in the presence of wound fluid, blood and tissue, promoting an optimal healing environment. Sold by the 1.5fl oz tube with applicator.
