When we say we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, we mean it. We do not want you to jump through hoops, so we tried to make this as straightforward as possible.
You can return any in-stock item if you do not like it or do not want it. If it was something we did, we will take care of the return shipping, but if you simply want to return it, all you have to do is ship it back to us and we will issue you a refund. If you would like an exchange, we can offer that as well.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging (i.e. brand-new condition). The only time we charge a restocking fee is when the items are a special order or a non-stock item. In that case, the restocking fee is 20%-30% depending on the item. Also, shipping costs are not refundable.
How do you get your money back?
Generally, it is the same way you paid. If you paid via a credit card, the refund will go back to the same card. If we cannot issue a refund to the same method of payment, we will contact you before proceeding with the refund. It usually takes 3-4 days for us to issue a refund (after the product is received) and for it to show on your card.
Where do you ship it?
Before shipping, we recommend that you call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. This way, we can make sure your refund/repair is done in a timely manner. You can ship this to our corporate office located in Brooksville, Florida. The preferred format is:
