Tissue Grinders are an inexpensive way to homogenize / pulverize a wide variety of lab samples and are convenient for field work.
This tissue grinder system, available in either 15mL (3505SA) or 50mL (3500SA) capacity, is supplied in a sterile pouch. Tissue can be ground quickly due to fresh grinding surface every time. The specimen can be cooled during grinding, and the grinder tube doubles as a specimen container for transport and storage. A protective sleeve helps to contain any aerosolization created during grinding. Completely disposable after grinding, no clean-up or sterilization required.
