The Welch Allyn CardioPerfect™ PCH Holter ECG systems are a family of Holter software packages designed to meet all Holter needs - from doctor's office to cardiac research institutions.
The Welch Allyn CardioPerfect PCH Holter ECG connects to the Welch Allyn CardioPerfect Workstation software and offers all of the connectivity and advanced features of this powerful software.
1. Basic Edition
• On-screen full disclosure in the Page Window is color-coded, so that you can review all 24-hours of data quickly
• RR intervals and heart rate trends allow you to easily locate rhythm abnormalities
• Electronic calipers allow precise measurements of heart rates, RR and PR intervals, pauses, AV delays of pacemakers, and ST segment changes
• Some standard 25mm/sec strips are saved automatically, and other events can be saved selectively. All strips can be reviewed and edited before the final report is printed
• The final report contains modules including: a cover page with customizable heading, patient information, a brief summary, a free-form comments section, a printed diary events list, your choice of standard or half-size ECG strips, and full disclosure of all or part of the Holter signal
2. Enhanced Edition
• The Welch Allyn Holter Analysis Algorithm, continually refined over the past 30 years, provides a beat-by-beat analysis. This results in unprecedented accuracy in arrhythmia detection, heart rate and ST segment measurements and pacemaker analysis
• Clinical Events displays the patient's most serious events grouped by type, along with an RR interval histogram showing the distribution of the events
• Page Window lets you edit beat and template morphologies for improved identification of artifact and rhythm abnormalities, such as bundle branch block and aberrantly-conduction SVPBs
• Adjustable scanning criteria including: pause length, analysis duration, and setting, allowing you to set parameters appropriate for each patient
• Additional report modules including: an expanded report summary, a summary table and trends, pacemaker results and ST segment episode table and trend. A broader range of automatically saved strips is also available
3. Enhanced Plus Edition
• Identical beats are grouped together into templates, and similar templates are grouped into bins so that you can easily review and re-label the patient's data at any level. Changes are incorporated immediately, with all tables and ECG updated appropriately
4. Pro Edition

• Additional report modules include: supraventricular and ventricular tables, bin distribution histograms, expanded ST segment trends and detailed pacemaker data

• Spectral analysis calculates RR variability in a variety of ways and generates data tables and interpretive displays, including circadian and Lorenz plots
• Diagnostic quality 12 lead signal recorded by the HO-REC-2 is displayed for on-screen review and can be printed in 2x6 presentations

Welch Allyn Holter Recorder Advantages
