• The Welch Allyn 3.5v Coaxial Ophthalmoscope uses a Halogen HPX™ lamp that provides 30% more light output for true tissue color and consistent, long-lasting illumination.
• It has 6 apertures for general and specialist use and 28 lenses from -25 to +40 diopters for better resolution.
• Its illuminated lens dial clearly identifies settings.
• The coaxial optical system produces a shadow-free spot and easier entry into undilated pupils.
• The crossed-linear polarizing filter reduces corneal reflection.
• The red-free filter may be used with any aperture.
• It has 18 possible aperture combinations for greater versatility and sealed optics for better dust protection.
• It comes with an adjustable rheostat control and smooth, knurled finish for a no-slip grip.
Soft Case #05180, which holds two instrument heads and two handles, is available upon request. Spare lamps are not provided with halogen sets. Sets include space for optional 3.5v Halogen Finnoff Ocular Transilluminator (#04110).
